As a small business, the quality of our product is paramount. We stand by our manufacturing 100% and will never let a defective item leave the shop without careful inspection by multiple team members. Of course, with tiny details and fine metals, things can happen.
MPJ offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all bespoke and bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose stones or loose prongs and missing melee.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. Please see the “insurance” tab at the bottom of this page.
Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of MPJ will void this warranty.
It is the MPJ promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Your piece should never arrive with any defect, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will be happy to take care of this immediately for you. Please call or email us right away.
For any damages deemed a manufacturing defect or quality-related issue, MPJ will repair at no cost to you.
