In all of Ohio, Megan Piccione is the only 100% sole-owned, female-owned high jewelry company that does all of her own work, from designing, to casting, to finishing. Megan made the investment in her shop to have the strong capabilities that only manufacturers possess, setting her far apart from competitors who only sell finished goods. Megan does it all — she sits down with her client to discuss their dream project, and she designs it on the CAD/CAM to create a 3D image and video to have approved by the customer. This method of sales creates an environment conducive to collaboration, keeping the client and designer working together every step of the way. 

Megan has the unique ability to take that 3D image on the computer and immediately print it in a resin model for the customer to hold, feel, and try on for size. This creates a great opportunity to make any adjustments necessary before the final casting. 

Once approved, Megan will measure how much metal she will need to create the masterpiece on-site. She uses an RDO casting machine and oven to melt the precious metal and impress it into the design printed from the resin model. From start to finish, and depending on client approvals, Megan is able to produce a clean casting in under a week, something most in the industry would have to send out of the state to have made in 4-5 weeks.
