All custom-made items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns accepted. No exceptions.

Once a down payment is made on a special order, including bridal, the sale becomes final. Deposits are non-refundable.

Stock items under $10,000 are eligible for exchange (returns not accepted) within 7 days of purchase with merchandise tag attached, and the item in brand new, unworn, and salable condition.
Stock items over $10,000 are eligible for exchange (returns not accepted) within 3 days of purchase with merchandise tag attached, and the item in brand new, unworn, and salable condition.

If the item approved for exchange needs to be shipped back to MPJ, we will provide you with a prepaid, insured label. YOU are responsible for getting it to the appropriate carrier in time, otherwise, you will be required to pay for the shipping cost next time.
